Many promising marketing strategies fail due to poor implementation. Many examples show that the right implementation and the observance of the basic rules of change management are crucial for project success. In order to avoid common implementation mistakes and guarantee the successful implementation of all developed strategies, we emphasize the definition of clear goals and encourage staff integration and top-down communications during the project.
